OpenCities Planner Update, June 2016
Today we’re launching the new version of OpenCities Planner (previously codenamed “Next”) on cityplanneronline.com. We are overjoyed to finally complete the move to a plugin-free HTML5/WebGL technology platform.
The new version of OpenCities Planner has a completely redesigned UI and workflow, better performance, and lots of exciting new features. Simply log in with your existing OpenCities Planner account to start working in the new version.
We will be adding features every month. Please note that some features from the legacy version of OpenCities Planner have not yet been added. Also, projects created with the legacy Java editor have not yet been migrated. If you need to access your old Java editor projects, click the Legacy button on the OpenCities Planner landing page or go directly to legacy.cityplanneronline.com. Legacy project migration will start in the fall, contact us if you need more information.
